EXCHANGES & RETURNS
TAXIDI [JOURNEY STORIES] will gladly accept any full priced item to be returned and exchanged within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will only accept returns of merchandise that is in its original condition, has not been used, altered, washed or damaged in anyway, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include with the merchandise being returned all original boxes, instructions and wrappings.
Products purchased during our sales period or from any promotion cannot be exchanged.
Customised products cannot be exchanged.
Please follow the steps below to go forward with an exchange:
1. Within 7 days of receiving the merchandise you wish to exchange, and if your exchange is within the guidelines listed above, e-mail TAXIDI [JOURNEY STORIES] at info@taxidijourneystories.com . We will e-mail you an exchange authorisation within 1 business day after receiving your e-mail.
2. Once you have been authorised to proceed with the exchange, post the items you wish to exchange to the address we will give you, making sure it is post marked within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. We will not accept merchandise sent to us that were not post marked within 10 days of receiving the purchase. The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order. You are responsible for the returning shipping costs.
3. Once we have received your returned goods, undergone a quality control check and have been approved, you will be notified by e-mail and receive a store credit promo code. The credit includes the cost of the product, but excludes shipping.
4. There is no guarantee that we will have your desired exchange item, but you can use the credit promo code to purchase any other item you like, which is in stock. The credit doesn’t expire until it has been fully used.
TAXIDI [JOURNEY STORIES] does not offer refunds.
